We execute proactive advertisements, such as attracting tenants on websites, developing a marketing campaign to encourage people to move in, and making proposals to raise the value in order to enhance interest in the property. In addition, move-in examination is conducted with utmost care to prevent possible troubles after moving-in.

Remittance to owners and reporting system (monthly report)

Remittance will be made to the owners on a monthly basis, by deducting the administration fee from the rental and renewal fee. In addition, we will prepare a status report, “status of activities for finding tenants,” etc. along with details of remittance.

Building Maintenance



Management of the building
Along with managing cleanliness and appearance of the buildings, we carry out the maintenance services of buildings and facilities, as well as managing the repair plans, etc. (for which, fees are estimated and contracts are signed separately). We offer support in accordance with the needs of the owners based on the balance of the income.

We appoint different examiners in charge for each property for smooth communication with owners at the time of recruiting tenants, developing documents and carrying out procedures required at the time of moving-in or moving-out, providing after-sales services after moving-in, managing rents, and more. We offer such a system that owners can entrust the management of both property and building maintenance, by giving appropriate advice through identifying its needs.
